The structure
The holiday home is located just steps from the historic center of Marzamemi. It has it all! The area is filled with bars, pubs, chic restaurants, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, and grocery stores, and entertainment is guaranteed, with days at the beach, evening events, boat excursions, and more.
The property features a main entrance and three separate apartments spread across three floors with three independent entrances connected internally by a spiral staircase.
