Admire the sea view from two splendid studios and attic apartments perfectly new with modern design, bright and charming with cutting-edge technologies, tastefully furnished, welcoming, equipped with all comforts about 125 m from the square of Marzamemi and about 250 m from the beach.
Each guest has the opportunity to take advantage of many services such as cooking if you are lazy to go out, washing clothes in our washer-dryers, keeping drinks cool for your excursions or trips to the beach, lying down reading a book and occasionally taking a look at the sea, etc.

A fascinating complex of open-pit limestone quarries, partially below current sea level, stacked near the breakwater. The geometric cuts in the rock testify to intense quarrying on multiple levels, superimposed over time by the ancient Greeks and Romans, right up to the Byzantine era, for the construction of temples, and to the skill of the artisans who worked them to build the typical local structures still present today in the historic center of Marzamemi.
